I Think the Deal Is a Little Overpriced, I Don't Know.

Andra: I just, i know a lot of minority sherolders were say, 34 is not the right price. It needs to be higher. And clearly the company believes it, like i would have been surprised at. But another difference between this and wendacre nelson is there there was one shareholder who had the cave. If they did not cave, i think the stock would have gone way, way down. Which would not have been great forh ps.
