We operate as a heterarchy. This is probably a new word for people. So in a hierarchy, there's a leader who's empowered to make decisions of the people follow what they say. In a heterarchy, there are still hierarchies. However, that hierarchy changes based on the context. Each drop is like a standalone project. And we also have a culture where whoever's idea was they are the leader and director of that drop. The experience I did 12 years of my life, which is smaller, was better, the more you can act from a conviction so in many ways, I'm hard-reacting against a lot of what I didn't like about this project.
