Rommel is perhaps more of a battlefield tactician than overarching strategist does he neglect logistics i mean yes i think we all do. First first army and eighth army link together to destroy the german forces in Tunisia it's a defeat on the scale of starling rod We never tend to talk about it because it's not as dramatic but rommel isn't there by that time He gets pulled out Hitler doesn't really quite know what to do with him the desert fox goes back to Germany with his tail between his legs absolutely.
