The Importance of Practising Rightly

Prayer is where we practice the very same thing that hopefully makes us good Relief Society teachers and good speakers in sacrament meeting. The point of giving a sacrament meeting talk or Relief Society lesson is not to look smart or witty, it's to give glory to God. There's only one name that we should be hallowing in everything we do. And it isn't our own. So I find it striking then that prayer seems to be a place where you practice that every day over meals when you get up in the morning at bedtime.
