How to Find Your First Job

When looking for that first job, you need to make a list of what is the most important thing? What's the non-negotiables for you, right? I may say, we're in a staff meeting and everybody's complaining about, you know, we have to pay too much for parking. Am I going to quit my job over it? No. But maybe you will. You got to figure those things out and then be, figure out what you're willing to tolerate with other things. Because like you said, there is no perfect place. There's no perfect job. It's tough because people don't always know.
