I totally disagree that if you want to get better at tennis go hit balls with Roger Federer. There's no return on that for you because those balls are just going to be flying past you and the amount of incremental learning you're going to get is so small. Start out by finding people where you can really learn the game like in a small market or big fish in a small pond. I always think back to the story of some startup founder who was worth ten dollars an hour but he passed up $10 million years later due to his lack of mastery over money. We need to allow ourselves and give ourselves permission to know that like everything is a journey and we don't have to
