Sally Kohn: scarcity mindset is something that is fed to all women, basically from the time we're born. She says it's this idea that there isn't enough to go around in every realm - boyfriends, good looks, jobs. Kohn: We are told to be competitive with one another and then that creates a scarcity mindset. "We have this mindset and scarcity mindset causes us to settle," she says.
