I love that you're asking this about people giving kind of generic or not really helpful answers. What I would do is dig in and go, okay, so like people weren't happy? Like what was driving that? Was it that they were trying to raise money and they're like their metrics were just looking really bad to potential investors? So there's something that happened beyond leadership just being like marketing is not doing well enough. And oftentimes those things might be time based like doing annual planning,. quarterly planning can give you a good signal to be able to go off of depending on when you're doing your outreach.
