A&E and the Managers
Nicola Aiton is the chief operating officer at Cambridge University Hospital. She says there's a lot of attention put on to A&E and ambulances queuing up outside. But actually it's about the flow through the whole system, she adds. The other thing that really struck me was how important the managers are in the whole thing. And without them I think things would be even worse.
