The Joy of Perfect Love

The fear of the Lord is married solely to reverence and has no connection to punishment. We knew perfect love cast out fear but we didn't know the next part which is because fear carries with it the anticipation of punishment. I want to tell you there's nothing new about it. This is exactly what the early church fathers believed about God. It was taken from us in our postmodern evangelical expression.God's restoring this message of the actual gospel of the kingdom - a love of God that is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost.
