I think a lot of folks do take their recovery runs probably a bit too hard. There's a there's kind of a coaching half joke half true that we have in the office where you see your athlete taking their recovery days too hard. You just need to give them more training load. I absolutely 100% take it as a sign that you can manipulate the training load that preceded that easy day to a certain degree. But if a recovery day is supposed to be at eight minute pace, right?
