Ray Ps - The Ins and Outs of Ray Ps

Ray ps is the last person seen speaking with igname ryan sampsel k, one of the first men to breach the fence. He was arrested in january and held without bond or formal charges until august 20. Raya hasn't been indicted on anything so compared to what we've seen, he has not been indcted on anything. There are several conclusions here that there's some foul play, but there are also reasons why i think ray ps isn't an under cover agent. We'll give you evidence afterwards, along with some speculation as to why i 100% believe he is.
