"It puts a smile on my face because I know how rigorous it is, how hard it is. When these guys make it at a 27 and 28 years of age, uh, we just talked about Drew Manger. You finally made up to the big. I mean, it's awesome," he said. "Being that I did this a long time for a career, I know the rigors and what it takes,. not only in the minor leagues, but then if you're fortunate enough to get to the big leagues."
