The Ear Trompet Is a Fantastic Instrument

Gos: The ear trumpet is a fantastic instrument. It's like putting your hands behind your ears in order to try and catch as much sound as you can get, a cupped hand behind your ear. That's actually the oldest ear trumpet - we've had no more natural one since humans have been around. Some of these animals can direct their ears to different sits as well, and hence they have a much better hearing than we do. So if you think about animals with kind of big ears that stick up, which look a bit like ear trumpets, like, i don't know, foxes or predeteces of some kind, presumably, where the idea comes from?
