I thought, I'm going to attempt to only be in my body without doing anything and see what that potentially could feel like or what would happen if that were to occur. And how long did you do that for? I don't remember until I probably went back into unconsciousness around that or because I don't recall coming out of it. Like, you can do noticing meditations, like see here feel. What am I seeing? What am I hearing? What is I feeling? That's still a process.
