The Importance of Inclusion in Skincare
Being inclusive isn't a trend it's a necessity but the idea that inclusion will trend through large houses all the way down to indie brands when you think about skincare. I've been working on a secret little project that we'll talk about at a later date and it's been so much fun to do a deep dive into treatments that melanin rich skin people can't have or ingredients they can't use. So much of the science that I've discovered over the last years is really about percentages like everybody could use it if we just focused on these percentages and nobody would feel left out, she says.
