The Importance of Persistence
The evidence does not show an increased risk of breast cancer occurrence among women who are using normal license cases of vaginal estrogen even if they've had issues in receptor positive cancer. Several organizations including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology have endorsed the use of using vaginal estrogen in women who've had estrogen receptor positive disease. It might be possible to switch in aromat inhibitors or tamoxifen which could be appropriate for some women but it is worth noting that the profound distress caused by aromat inhibitors can actually cause such severe symptoms.
