There is an incredible book on this case, hands down the deepest deep dive that you will find. Mike looked out the window to see what the kids were doing and they were just being kids. The diary seemed pretty typical like the warnings of a 12 year old boy who didn't want anyone to get a deep look inside of his brain. Nothing about this diary indicated any homicidal intent against his own father or any destructive intent.
