The Perfect Close

There was a book on the show a few years back by James Muir called The Perfect Close. Everything through there is basically pitching the ball to the prospect, getting them to react and get them to be engaged. And there's another book where a great example of this is mentioned in Marcus Sheridan's book, They Ask You Answer. What they did at their pool company is they had the same question all the time when they would go visit somebody who wanted them to come make a sales call and talk to him about installing a pool. Almost 80% of all their visits closed.
