Is a Baseball Card a Security?
The SEC is looking into NFTs, which we've known about since March. I don't believe that digital collectible projects should be treated as securities. There's no specific claims made right now; people are just interested in crypto and this part of the market. And so, you know what? This is not something in my mind to worry about.
