How to Be Consistent With Your Meal Plan
I think when I was teaching myself about nutrition and trying to make healthier choices, it was easier for me to add things than it was to subtract. And just once you start removing some of those really heavily processed meals that you might have or food products and snacks like that makes a difference. These little things, they do add up. It does make a difference too. The alternative is what if you were just consistent for 10 minutes a day? What if like one of my favorite things to ask myself is what's 1% more? How could I give 1% more?"
