A good strategy is to start at the root of data definitions and work out towards the leaves, especially on a component. So for me, like fixing some of the core types in one of our own internal packages fixed every single form file on our entire site. That knocked it down by like 200 or something and that makes you feel great. Makes you feel like you just achieved something really - even though it's only squashing one TS bug.
In this episode of Syntax, Wes and Scott talk about their respective processes for converting JavaScript to TypeScript in their projects, why you might want to, and tooling for moving to TypeScript.
