How to Create Better Outcomes

The four key tenets that we see are the first is to have an individualized learning objective. The second piece as well is to have feedback feedback in terms of one client at a time but also feedback about how we are working towards what we're trying to improve. And the fourth and final piece in this little pyramid is really a what we call a coach right or in our pedagogy in our field we call this a clinical supervisor.
