The Coaches at Leicester

Patty Howard was probably the biggest influence, pretty sort of relaxed on the pitch and I really enjoyed working with him. There's elements I learned from all of those other coaches as well. Because there's a back line trusting ourselves, believing in ourselves and some good stuff happen. But also, he has an intensity around him that I do try and take onto the pitch. And certain things about my management that I would perhaps try to not do and elements that I would absolutely try and keep. You don't... I didn't try and pick up as much as I could on the way there, but you just do, don't you?
