Rick Reader is a BlackRock CIO for Global Fixed Income and head of its Global Allocation Investment Team. He says the US economy is not as interest rate sensitive as it was 20, 30 years ago. The big spenders on CapEx and US economy are companies, tech companies. They're not big borrowers.
