Is There a Lot of Negativity in a Property Portfolio?
I see a lot of portfolios where someone just bears their soul. They say, this is exactly what I've got. And it's never really part of the post-mortem to say, maybe I took the wrong advice from the person who suggested I should buy that one. From a return on investment, you're looking to have the holding cost as low as possible to get the maximum return. So in reality, I'm seduced by the bling again, which is a, you know, sort of common theme on how they sell the new stuff.
