CNN's John Defterios asks why South Korea is considering nuclear weapons. He says there are a number of factors at play, including the instability in the region and doubts about U.S.-South Korean alliance. North Korea has more nuclear weapons than it did two years ago, he adds; allies may not be as willing to defend them with nukes if they can't protect themselves.
