People who identify is extremely on line seem to really relish the idea that internet communication involves quickly, and there's this implication that it evolves more quickly than off line language. But i'm curious, is there research that compares the speed of evolution of on line versus off line languages? You know, i have been looking for research on this topic for quite a few years now, and i don't, i haven't managed to find any that's sort of that unambiguous.
