Introduction

Microsoft has been cleared in the United States to buy Activision Blizzard for $69 billion. A San Francisco judge denied the Federal Trade Commission's bid to block the gaming deal. The UK competition and markets authority said that it's open to looking at the Microsoft Activision merger again.
