How to Be a Successful Founder

I'm always trying to figure out what is the weakest link in this company? What do we have to do to ensure success? And I want the founders to just work on that because nothing else matters. Okay, the fourth one is keep it simple and be super clear. So I named my second company after a king in Spain. His name is Alfonso Dezimo El Savio, which is the tenth, the wise man. This king lived in the 13th century and he loved knowledge and education. He surrounded himself by a bunch of scholars.
