- 1 - structure and systems create freedom
- 2 - just bc something doesn’t work once doesn’t mean it won’t work again
- 3 - not every idea needs to be executed immediately
- 4 - don’t try to be cheap and cut corners when hiring
- 5 - treat people and clients the way you want to be treated
- 6 - boundaries develop confidence
- 7 - focus on non-monetary wins just as much as monetary ones
- 8 - if you’re not yourself, you’ll hate your biz
- 9 - sometimes you need a specialist or consultant, not a coach
- 10 - memberships have been more valuable than high-ticket coaching in many areas of biz
