Jusan t v a: I learned so many of the right lessons, but i screwed up on the most basic one. We were going to have a more functional way of making decisions,. So that we 're going to split up rolls and responsibilities. It was like i went from being not metric driven to being too metric driven. And our thesis was that if we make pretty vidios easier to take ala instagram, more people will take vidios. And we were wrong. Our solution was not only wrong, we never questioned it.
