How to Be a Better Mentor
One of the goals as a mentor is not to replicate yourself. The way that you design something is going to be completely different than the way that I design something. My goal isn't to teach you how to design in my style. It's to help you learn design. And your interpretation of that is different than mine. But it doesn't make one better or one more right. It's just a different way of looking at things.
