How to Develop Relative Strength in Crossfit

We've developed actually five or six different strength progressions over the years that we used to develop relative strength. Most of those are barbell based but when I say strength progression you know for example 531 which is a popular 555 is popular strength progressions. We use everything from 1RM and then broken down from that percentage base progression based on 1RMs. The idea is to elicit some of that hormonal flush they get out of a crossfit to enhance the strength strength work.
