Isn't It Normal for a Hospital to Do Cremations?

Hospitals are sort of doing these off book cremations. It seems like a very scandalous, but very serious allegation to me. Is this possible? Could it be true? Are the prematoria inside o hospitals?Are you kidding? Maybe there are... But i don't know, right?
