Do I Need to Stop the Diuretics?

In the past, some people were pulling off thiazide like diuretics. If you were starting an SGLT2, where does the practice with that stand now at this point? Guidelines tell you that you need to be cautious, especially in patients that are prone to volume depletion. And then for the other one is UTIs, which I think has been really blown way out of proportion because I think they were conflated and shouldn't be.
