U just to ane e g, what measures the electrical activity in your brain. The information is processed quickly and efficiently. But we introduce anx ety and stress. Were adding distractions into the brain that inhibit performance. They cloud the mind and introduce thoughts that take the athlete out of the present and out of the zone. If you're really anxious, you don't pay attention to everything becauseyor your mind is it.
