The Thruster Problems on the Air Jet Rocket?

i'm really curious to know how much of this is related, ted to the existing problems, right? Because we knew that there was thruster problems before. And so i wonder if the thrusters problems on this is related to that. I don't think so, but i don't know. That's kind of my hunch on and they're going to continue this fight with target about, you know, whose fault it is.
