Is There a Minimum Wage?

The idea of a minimum wage has been very hard for the united states to wrestle with. There is another angle to entertain, probably a much more important angle in the long run. As human labor gets more expensive, it becomes more attractive to automate labor. The data are consistent with the anecdotes. No, i think they gougt to be really careful about this, because automation is going to happen anyway....
