Disney's throwing around lots of ideas in the eighties and nineties. They'r partnering with celebrities. Their partnering with other film studios. So many partnerships in the in the michael eisner era of disney, this actually makes a lot more sense from retro active point of view to day. Like it just seems like something disney would have done.
