The Differences Between Blue Collar and White Collar Jobs
In a blue collar scenario, again, I think you can paint the picture any way you want it. You can say I'm happy and comfortable working 60 hours a week running my company or I'm gonna get some help so that I run at 50 hours or more. It's up to you. And what happens is the older you get, the more you conclude that quickly because you realize life isn't forever. So I think the fact that you don't have that rat race of I need to climb to the top and I need to do all these crazy things so that my boss notices me...that's not for me.
