Mike asks, a while back you spoke about empathy. How do we empathize with those it would be hard to empathize with? That is, for example, criminal minded, et cetera. The whole idea of ympathy is not that we do it when it's absolutely easy. We need to go back into that big self and see what is the value of the continuation of the nervous system at which i'm gazing? I'm looking at someone. Is all hope lost? Or is there something about them that's redeemable?"
