Is It a Staff Augmentation?
Some of our work crosses over to businesses that need software as well. We've even done product work or we've helped teams that had their own engineering team, but they needed help with a particular project. And then we always get to spread the elixir love when that happens, which is always fun. I wouldn't say it's a staff augmentation. More comes from this thing needs to be built. Our team can't exactly build it right now. So we're focused on building out that thing more than we are helping out this team for a period of time because their team is overloaded.
