I'm a big goal setter. You have to write it down and don't ever forget what you're working for or what you want to achieve. There's going to be some valleys in those before you reach the peaks. I think that is with everything. It all has to align with your core values. That's why so many people change careers. It's like you test drive everything until you finally find something that you are very content with. And then, um, and then we rescheduled a couple of times then. So this has been, yeah, this has been like seven months in the main.

One of the big things that we talk and teach about is strengths. Specifically, we help people identify their Signature Strengths.

There are a lot of people that seem to minimize the importance of identifying and understanding their strengths, but it really is one of the most important pieces to find or create your ideal career.
