Hope Is the Base Line for the Miracle

In Genesis, Adam and Eve were told they could not eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil for when you eat from it, you will certainly die. This was god's original plan for us, for the whole world, freedom in the truest sense of that word, was ours. The tension of brokenness existing in the presence of a good god is enough to frustrate even the most desperate heart. In order to understand healing, before we can move on any further in our text, we havet understand why jesus would heal gyru's daughter at all. We need to stop here and answer the question: Why he heals?
