Do You Think Congress Isn't in the Game?

Congress doesn't have the power to tell us what to do here and keep going with their restrictive regimes. The court has shown that the language, shall we say, is somewhat malleable in terms of its particular application. We've now got a bunch of congressmen who've said tat they will do this. So i think you're actually raising a bigger point, and that is the importance of getting congress back in the game.
