"The number one thing you do to start establishing culture is you have to set the example that you believe the culture should be," he says. "You know, this is what I saw with, um, when I got to team one and it was like, things are a little bit loose... We're going to work really hard, but we're not, you know, getting dressed up." He also cites Hackworth as an inspiration for giving your team a name.
