Activating Deep Foot Muscles - The Short Foot Exercise

The best exercise that runners can do to activate their deep foot muscles is the short foot exercise. It takes you literally probably a minute or two per foot before your runs. The stronger those muscles are, dynamically when we're running, you're going to have it's like a built in arch support,. So you're not relying on something to push your foot up. Some might be more atrophied than others. Mine were very atrophied, but I'm working on them and they're improving. And then the K is kind of what I mentioned before. It's actually maintain your running fitness, maintain your overall fitness because not only is it going to help you mentally recover from this injury
