How to Bring Humor Into Your Work Life
i'm no stand up comedian, but i can crack a joke when the mood is right. It kept me sane during my meditation retreat. But we do need to be careful about exactly how we employ humor. Research shows that if you tell a risky joke that sceen as inappropriate, this can signal low competence to your colleagues and harm your status in the group. So keep climbing up that humor cliff.
