Most forecasts say that office office rates aren't going to go up until at least 2025 and really nobody knows. The companies or the types of office that I think is really going to suffer are your older class B buildings that don't have a lot of in house or nearby amenities to attract workers or tenants. They're going to get they're just going to get left behind because you workers and tenants are going to want to be in, you know, higher end class office space.
